Not a bad way to spend a Friday night

I’m currently sitting on the back porch smoking a good cigar, listing to classic jazz, and sipping on some good bourbon. I definitely think there are worse ways to spend a Friday evening :-)

On a car related note, the new EGR valve did not fix the Miata’s idle issues. It made cold start a smoother affair, but not much else. As a result I ordered an OBDII scanner to diagnose the CEL before I throw any more money/parts at the issue....here’s hoping it turns out to be an easy fix.
